Large-scale new construction and renovation of the 242 social housing units were the capstone of a long period of improving liveability in this working-class neighbourhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The starting point was: build for the residents and with the residents. 127 homes were renovated, 115 were demolished and 99 new homes were built.
